We require that you bring two pieces of identification to your signing appointment. Primary and secondary ID must be in their original form, valid and unexpired.

- BC Driver’s Licence or Learner’s Licence
- BC Driver’s Licence combined with BC Services
- Canadian Driver’s Licence
- USA Driver’s Licence
- BC Services Card (must have photo)
- BCID (BC Identification Card)
- NEXUS Card
- Canadian or foreign Passport
- Canadian Permanent Resident Card
Accepted Secondary Pieces of Identification for Notarizations & Personal Planning:
- Any primary identification listed above
- BC Services card (with or without photo)
- Canadian Birth Certificate
- Provincial Health Card (with or without photo)
- Foreign Birth Certificate
- Social Insurance Card
- Canadian Armed Forces Identification Card
- Canadian Armed Forced Veteran Card
- Police identification
- Student Identity Card
- Debit Card (only if name is on the card)
- Credit Card (only if name is on the card)
- Picture employee ID
- Canadian Firearms Licence
- Social Insurance Card (SIN card)
- Certificate of Indian Status Card
- Canada Pleasure Craft Operator Card
