Vicky’s journey to becoming a Notary Public began in 2015 when she joined the Carter Notary team. Her love of law and justice led her to embrace the challenge of completing her Masters in Applied Legal Studies at Simon Frasier University, along with all the professional education and statutory exams required for her commission. Upon completion, she was awarded the highest honour given to a British Columbia notary student — The 2022 Dr. Bernard W. Hoeter Award.
So many of Vicky’s professional and personal qualities are evident every day at the office.
