Notary Public Associate

Vicky’s journey to becoming a Notary Public began in 2015 when she joined the Carter Notary team. Her love of law and justice led her to embrace the challenge of completing her Masters in Applied Legal Studies at Simon Frasier University, along with all the professional education and statutory exams required for her commission. Upon completion, she was awarded the highest honour given to a British Columbia notary student — The 2022 Dr. Bernard W. Hoeter Award.

So many of Vicky’s professional and personal qualities are evident every day at the office. Rising through the ranks from receptionist to professional, she has experienced the full spectrum of legal experience, giving her a fantastic foundation and insight into her professional role as notary. And, being raised in both a military family and multi-generational home, Vicky brings a grounded and empathetic positivity to her work, clients, and team members.

Outside her work, Vicky is an avid reader and writer. She also enjoys spending time with her dog, Quinn.
