As a courtesy to our clients, for all Wills, Powers of Attorneys, Health Agreements and Real Estate appointments we will call or email to remind you of your appointment at least one business day before. If we are unable to contact you, we will still expect you to arrive for your appointment.
We schedule a specific amount of time with the Notary Public. This time is scheduled just for you and we ask that you give us at least 2 business days’ notice if you want to cancel or change your appointment. *Not providing adequate notice will result in a minimum charge of $275.**
We do understand that emergencies do arise or that we may have to reschedule due to illness or unique health needs of our clients –there will not be any fee charged in these circumstances. When you do not notify us of your inability to keep an appointment, another client is in need of Notary services and waiting for an appointment.
Our office is maintained on a tight schedule, arriving late for an appointment may result in us not being able to start or complete your appointment in the remaining amount of time. To provide you with proper Notary services, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. If you are unable to arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment time, your appointment will be rescheduled.
