COVID Safe Practices

Updated September 3rd, 2021

Beverly Carter Notary Public is open during the COVID-19 pandemic. We continue to offer services for Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Representation Agreements, (collectively personal planning documents), Real Estate Conveyance, and Notarizations. Our practices are modified and up-to-date to accommodate the safety of our clients and staff.

Most services are by appointment only. Initial interviews for personal planning are being conducted over Zoom and signings are being done in office with social distancing protocols in place. **Certain types of signing appointments may be done remotely or virtually under certain circumstances.** Most signings still occur in person. We keep socially distant and only allow one signing party bubble in at one time. If preferred, we can also conduct signings outside while you sit in your car. Our sanitization practices are extremely vigilant and in accordance with government protocols.

Masks are required to be worn in our office space. Our staff will be wearing masks and we ask that all clients wear a mask while in the office. All surfaces are thoroughly sanitized between clients and plexi-glass has been installed at all counters for better social distancing between our staff and clients.
