Open during COVID-19
UPDATED February 25th, 2021
Beverly Carter Notary Public is open during the COVID-19 pandemic. We continue to offer services for Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Representation Agreements, (collectively personal planning documents), Real Estate Conveyance and Notarizations. Our practices are modified to accommodate the safety of our clients and staff.
All services are by appointment only. Initial interviews for personal planning are being conducted over Zoom and signings are being done in office with social distancing protocols in place. **Certain types of signing appointments may be done remotely or virtually under certain circumstances.** Most signing still occur in person. We keep socially distant and only allow one signing party bubble in at one time. If preferred, we can also conduct signings outside while you sit in your car. Our sanitization practices are extremely vigilant and in accordance with government protocols.
Following government mandates, masks are required in all public indoor spaces. Our staff will be wearing masks and we ask that all clients wear a mask while in the office. All surfaces are thoroughly sanitized between clients and plexi-glass has been installed at all counters for better social distancing between our staff and clients.
